“I posted a comment about how I was evacuated to Ystalyfera at the beginning of World War 11 (late 1930 ) and stayed with my aunt and uncle at Bryncelyn. Low and behold I have received a reply from the son of my long lost cousin, Conway Rees! They now live in Chicago USA and through the Francis Frith website we are now in contact after 60 years. I can't believe it and am eternally grateful for this opportunity”

“They say that money can't buy happiness but in the case of Frith photographic portraits there is a big exception. The framed photograph I received from my wife last Christmas was superb! I also received a wonderful book the Christmas before. I was so impressed that this Christmas I've ordered another two framed photographs, the detail and quality is simply astounding.

“I am writing to say Thank you because I have been so impressed with your service. Unfortunately, the first item arrived damaged. A straightforward telephone call to a friendly/helpful member of your staff and a replacement was sent within 10 days. I noticed that the title of the map had been incorrectly stated on the reprint. Once again a telephone call to a friendly/helpful person and I was clear as to how things would be resolved. Within 2 weeks a replacement has once again been received. And even yesterday evening somebody telephoned me to arrange the refund to my Account of the Carriage Charge. My experience of using your service has been excellent. Mistakes and problems happen in Business all the time, but when you have an excellent Customer Service Team who are keen to resolve matters to a customers complete satisfaction it makes such a difference. If other Business took the same attitude as yourselves towards Customer Service it would make such a difference to them. I will definitely be using you again. And most certainly recommending you to others”
