A Memory of Waterlooville.

I have an old photograph of all the teachers of the time I left school but I don't have their names, as always I can remember some but not all, is there any one who was at school at that time who could help me.

Mrs Heaton - English
Miss Adams - Domestic Science
Mrs Burridge (?) - Science
Mrs Greenfield - Maths
Miss Mulford - Maths
Mrs Lennon - PE
Miss Hunt - Art
Miss Allman - RI

I left Cowplain Girls School in 1960 but recognise some of the teachers you mention ie. Mrs Heaton (English) and Mrs Ferguson (Geog). I had Miss Hall (History), Mrs Minton (maths) Miss Pearson ( RE), Miss Lane (Music) and Miss Leehey (shorthand and typing). Hope this helps, although they may have left when you joined the school. Happy days!
