Coronavirus: Thank you for your continued support in these difficult times. Since our office and factory are in a rural area, our staff travel to work individually by car and we have enough space to maintain social distancing, so in consultation with our staff, we have decided to remain open for business unless government policy changes.
We are still able to despatch most of our products, however, the ones listed below (that are made by other manufacturers) will not be available for a while.

Tableware (Coasters & Placemats) and Wallpaper.

Our despatch times are normal, but Royal Mail & Parcelforce delivery times are varying depending on location - some parcels arrive next day and others are taking up to 10 days, which we have no control over.

We will update this message as anything changes.

What you say about our Prints

We are always grateful and proud to hear back from you. Here's what you have been saying about our Prints.

I was very excited to see this on your website to buy. My parents owned the village shop in the picture from the late 1950's (not sure what date) until 1965 when I was just under 2 years old. They sold your postcards in their shop and I still have some tucked away somewhere. They obviously were very involved in village life although both are now deceased. They used to talk very fondly about their time in Wetheral and the village characters. Thank you for making my Christmas with being able to purchase this item.

Thank you for the fabulous photos of the house and the camping field which my grandfather once owned. I have had to buy three of your photos!

Hi Isobel, Further to our communications re the picture I wanted, I would like to thank you for your good offices in this matter, what you said would be done was promptly done and I duly ordered the said item today via the telephone. Many thanks are also due to the young lady at the end of the telephone, her cheerful, bubbly and friendly manner made the ordering process a real pleasure. Well done at the Francis Frith organisation - may you continue to prosper. Bye E Ashby (Geriatric!)

I have received today the two photos of the Crystal palace, and am writing to say how pleased I am with them. I was born and brought up nearby in the 40s,and 50s until 1962 when the family moved to Northampton, I would certainly recommend your products, for the quality and service you provide, the packaging provided excellent protection. Thank you.
