Caption for Willenhall, Stafford Street C1965: Willenhall has changed less than many Black Country towns, despite the impression created by this picture. It is difficult to understand how such a structure could be allowed to replace decent Victorian shops, especially in a street where many of the buildings are listed, but it was probably a source of some local pride at the time of its construction.
