More about this scene
The Edge was famous for its copper mines, so that this pub was originally called the Miners' Arms. When, at the beginning of the 20th century, the pub lost its licence, it then (believe it or not) became a temperance house! Its present name recalls a legend which says that King Arthur and his knights are sleeping in a cave somewhere here, looked after by Merlin.
