I remember being thrown in the deep end by some other kids. We used to go there lots of times when I was a kid. I was born in 1956 and lived in Aldershot until I was 11 years old. Don't know if its still open anymore? Summer at the pool was lovely when it was very hot - not like our summers now!

It was only recently that my eldest daughter (17) asked where I was born, I told her of this place, she asked if the place still stands to which I told her no. My mother worked at the N.A.A.F.I. although I'm not too sure which year. Her name was Alice Andrews and I would very much like to hear from anyone that remembers her.
