I remember Mr Bobbit and all the other teachers you mention. The most memorable thing about Mr Bobbit was the fact that if you upset him he would grab your sideboards between his fingers and twist then until you almost screamed. If only the teachers were allowed to do that today!

I remember Mr bobbit giving one of the boys Rob ellis a uniform from lost property because his family could not afford one , I then realised Mr Bobbit was a far greater person than most of us credited him

I have a school photo taken 1953/4 with mr rackstraw and miss hill. At elms hot lane junior. 42kids in our class 21 girls 21 boys. Do you have this photo?
