More about this scene
This distinguished market town lies at the head of a valley. It reached its height of its prosperity when the copper mines, at the edges of the wild wastes of Bodmin at Caradon Hill, were working at full capacity. The Parade is a spacious street bordered by elegant late-Georgian houses and stucco terraces.
