Gift Shops In The Strand 1970s

A Memory of Saundersfoot.

I spent every Summer in Saundersfoot from the age of 6 to 15!
My Uncle owned the garage at the bottom of the arches in Tenby, and I had great fun exploring.
I am trying to remember the name of a lovely little gift shop in The Strand, that no longer exists... think it began with a D..? It was on the right around a third of the way up.

Kate, I spent a lot of time in Saundersfoot during the 70's. I believe the gift shop in question was Paraphernalia. It was indeed on the right hand side of the Strand more or less opposite what was then the pharmacy. It sold rather high end souvenirs and also jewellery. My mum's friend worked there. As teenagers we used to go to Booth's amusement arcade and drink in the Cambrian. I worked at the Sundowner Motel between there and Tenby all through the glorious summer of 76. Happy days!
Hi Gina. The couple that owned it had a daughter called Sue. She became my stepmother for a while. Do you know what happened to her?
