Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

A Memory of Ayr.

I was a pupil at Ayr Academy in the mid 1960`s.The dance studio was then Cathcart Church and I remember our school attending there for an episode of Songs of Praise. I can also remember Ayr Academy taking part in Top of the Form on BBC radio, it was recorded in the boys gym in the Academy.

I remember both events. I also remember my class being placed down the side of the church with the BBC cameras facing in the way. So we never saw ourselves on TV. I suspect the school thought my class would not behave themselves and would bring shame and disgrace. Theyw ere probably right.
