More about this scene
This monumental fountain in the centre of St James Square was built in memory of the Lawson Tancred family, and stands on the site of the former parish church of St James, now moved to Church Lane. Note the cobbled surface of the square, and the model windmill on the frontage of the Windmill Café on the right.
