Charles Henry And Maria Broomfield
A Memory of Calmore.
I am trying to trace my family tree. I am looking for any info about the Broomfield family. Mr Charles Henry Broomfield born 1855 buried 14th June 1937 aged 83 in St Johns, Marchwood. Also his wife Mrs Maria Broomfield (Webb), born 1855, died 1942 aged 88, same grave. Children; Charles H Broomfield (1879-1947) son, Annie Maria (1882) daughter, Rose Elizabeth (1885) daughter, Mary (1888) dau, John Edward (1895-1968) son. Also a Daisy Maud Wheeler born 1907, granddaugther. Charles and Maria lived at Pumpfield Cottages No2, occupation Shepard/ Cowman. His father and mother, a Mr William Broomfield (1831-1870), Eling. Mrs Fanny Broomfield (Biddlecomb)1834-1912, they are my great grandparents/great, great, grandparents. Does anyone know anything about their lives, work, children, farms in that area? Is anyone of their children down the line still living today? Please help... going nowhere. Thank you, Kerry.
