Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Greenacres School, Curzon Street.

A Memory of Calne.

Does anyone still remember the Greenacres Approved School for girls which was on Curzon Street. I believe it is now called Springfields. I was there in the 1960s and loved Calne as it was then. Although not from the area, I have never forgotten the place.

Hi Betty. I was at greenacres from 65-65 miss goldsmith was head then. Mrs wright was school nurse. Miss tregenza was on the farm mr woods garden. Miss Checkanoska was house mother then the was miss Drew she taught art. Lovely lady. When were u there Betty.

I’m just wondering if there anyone who was in Greenacres 1956 / 1958 I’m afraid ours was not a happy time their, especially with Goldsmith, Callow, Bellermy. All ex military Officers. 😞😢😢😢
