More about this scene
The Taff-side home of the famous 'Blue & Blacks'. The club forming in 1876, the ground took its name from the nearby Cardiff Arms Hotel demolished in 1878. Summer would find Glamorgan's cricketers running its well-manicured turf. Such was the fame of the club ground that to rugby fans the world over its name and that of the National Stadium were virtually synonymous.
