Isaac And Magretta Griffiths.

A Memory of Cefneithin.

I am the granddaughter of Isaac and Magretta who are both buried at Tabernacle. My father was Ieuan, brother to David Glamor, Luther, Elfed, Royston and Dougwell. They all moved to the Midlands in the late 1930’s. My great grandparents, Asa Jones and his wife, together with one of their sons are also buried at Tabernacle. Nana told me her grandfather was a preacher, I think his name was John Evans. I’ve often wondered if he preached at Tabernacle and would love to know if this happened. On several occasions in recent years I have visited Tabernacle to leave flowers for my grandparents, I would love to learn more about my forefathers and make links with family in England and Wales. I vaguely remember a family member in the area had a haulage company who my parents visited in the 1980’s with my daughters. Also my grandmother had a sister Roslyn and I think one called Hannah (?) who lived in Cefniethin. There are members of the family who emigrated to USA also. Connection with our past is so important. I hope someone can give me family information.
