Chatham, Buckmore Park, Camp Fire c.1965

More about this scene
No Scout or Cub camp could be complete without the traditional camp fire to end the day. The Native American headdresses suggest that this particular day's end followed the equally traditional Wide Game. Notwithstanding the 'shorts only' rule, some of the boys found comfort from a blanket draping their knees.
