Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

A Memory of Clapham.

My husband seems to remember an exhibition of war planes on Clapham Common sometime after WW2 finished, but I can't find any record of them. Is there anybody who remembers this please?

I certainly do - I was about 2 at the time and we were living in Gaskarth Rd (Clapham South) my dad took me to see something which I believe was the fuselage of a bomber, the public could climb up steps and walk through it -I was too tiny to climb over some of the internal structures and had to be lifted. I think it was on the Ashes. I have asked so many people about this and hunted through the internet to try and prove I wasn't imagining it - so pleased someone else remembers.
