More about this scene
The village of Coolham is probably best known for a lovely old house known as the 'Blue Idol'. The house dates from the time of the Armada in 1588, and was originally a Friends' Meeting House. The Selsey Arms Inn, seen on the left in this photograph, is still in business, though the garage opposite, with the familiar petrol pumps, is now closed.
