Cowsley Farm Cornsay

Hello, my grandparents Brian Murphy and Mary Murphy (macdonald) used to live here and 2 of my uncles (Martin and Kieron) were born here, I think around the 1960's. I'm in Durham at the moment visiting my family and we were coming back from crimdon dene but my dad (Francis)and auntie(jacinta) wanted to come back to the farm as they had not been there since they were kids (they are my uncles younger siblings including 2 others (Shaun and Dominic), they never lived here but they went to see the farm once in a while) they were talking about the farm and then started talking about Harry and his 2 brothers or something like that and said they met him when they were very little once or twice. The road that drives right past the farm my grandma got the road put down for her by the council. I also found this very interesting; my grandma saw a ghost woman standing over martins cot a few times smiling at him, she was dressed in I think 16th century clothing, Martin remembers her too even though he was only very young. Also my grandad used to work at the consett steel works so went to work in the early hours of the morning. One morning when he was going to work on his motorbike he almost hit an old woman but he found it very strange and is sure it was a ghost as she was old, out in the early hours of the morning in the middle of no where and she too was wearing old fashioned clothing. I hope that this is okay :)
