Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

I passed the eleven plus when I was 10 in 1947. I had to go for an interview with Miss Simpson who put terror into my heart. I loved this school. The first time I set foot inside the grounds I knew I had found the place I was supposed to be. Passing the 11 plus was unheard of in my family, I knew it was my means of escape from drudgery and the school itself exemplified this.
