A classic view of the three spires.The spires are those of St Michael's (295 ft), Holy Trinity (237 ft), and the octagonal steeple (230 ft) of Christ Church. Christ Church is a remnant of the Grey Friar's monastery demolished in 1539. Both Christ Church and St Michael's were bombed during the second world war.
