Family Connection

A Memory of Cwm Penmachno.

I try to visit Cwm Penmachno every June, sometimes my visit is a little late.
My Grandad Hugh, was born in Beniarth (spelling?). I know his father (William Humphrey Evans) worked on Bertie’s farm and as far as I’m aware, my great Aunt Flo was actually born on the farm. They had other siblings too though I’m not sure of age order, their names were Cath, William, Ted and Dennis (who I think died as a baby).
I’ve been trying to look online for some further family history, but I’d love to hear from anyone that knew my family or knew of them. My grandad was born in 29 and I know that he moved away to Norwich with the raf in the 50s. I think my great grandmother left for Liverpool in the late 60s/early 70s, her name was Winnifred.

Online there isn’t much in terms of tracing a family whose traditional name seems to be William Evans so any help would be greatly appreciated!
