i worked as a barmaid at the dover stage hotel although my home was in worcester sowe lived inmy friend jenny and iwent down to dover together it was an adventure the nowdays kids would back pack to austraila i rember the pub managers name was jimhe was irish ,itwas round about 1967 to 1970 time i can rember the names of some of the staff nina , josie watson mickwho was jims son i work in the bar it had juke box and lots of jimreeves records onand rember thetune somthing in the air was often playing they had dances in big roomat back and i did workon the barr for that sometimes i rember the head waiters name was bob he was very smart and realy looked the part
