More about this scene

Turning north into the upper Exe valley, we enter the Exmoor National Park at Dulverton, on the Exford Road in the tributary valley of the River Barle. The old workhouse is now the headquarters of the National Park Authority. In this view the medieval bridge is on the left and the former Crepe Mill of 1814, now the Dulverton Laundry, dominates the centre.
