Dysart The Black Bull Pub

A Memory of Dysart.

I am currently working on a book about my relatives, the Esplins and Cuthberts who lived in Dysart. Most of our relatives have left Dysart and live spread out over the globe. My grandparents lived down Dysart in Cook St and Normand Rd as did my parents before moving up to The Fairway. (Yes, opposite Diplacitos over the gardens)
I have gathered quite a lot of memories from my relations but one thing is missing. I would like any information possible on the Black Bull Public House, owned by my grandfather Cuthbert who died very young. It was demolished in 1965 and I have a couple of poor newspaper photos. I have tried find the originals through the Dysart Trust but have had no luck.
Does anyone have any recollection of the pub or any photo of Dysart especially with The Black Bull at this time around the 1930's or later? The building was opposite the Tollbooth by the Cross I think.
Thank-you
Kay Cuthbert, living now in Sweden.
