Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.
Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Monday 5th January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

Moree Way. A Different Life
A Memory of Edmonton.
Born in 1955, I'm told my first bed was in a chest of drawers. 2 rooms in Gilpin Cresc. With mum, dad and grandparents. Moved to Moree Way when Gilpin Cresc was due for slum clearance. Moree Way was built on the old Alcazar bombsite after the war. My dad was Charlie Johnson one of 8 children. I remember getting detached from my mum on The Green when shopping and the old tram rails. I used to have nightmares of how steep the Hill was behind the green. Moree Way was a great place to grow up, we had a bonfire every 5th Nov setting the chestnut tree alight more than once. Went round taking everything people had saved for the bonfire. No visits to the tip then. It just went up inflames. And having made our guy we begged pennies for the guy from passers by.
We went to Brettenham Rd school and to Latymer. It was safe and people were kind.
