Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

More about this scene
This 15th-century church built of squared ragstone blocks has a tower 75 feet high standing amid a number of chestnut trees. A defoliated oak tree is supported by a wall which has been constructed to support it. The fine Perpendicular windows have exceptionally beautiful tracery and were added in about 1450, but their glass was shattered by a flying bomb which landed in the churchyard in 1944. After twelve years' restoration, one now commemorates the 19th-century astronomer Sir John Herschel, who lived in the village for the last thirty years of his life.
