A Memory of Hounslow.

I seem to have lost my previous message so will try again,i have many great memories like you ,i was born in st aubyns ave off wellington rd,opposite hounslow heath a great place to play,not so now i visited there 2yrs ago,i also saw that the Warren pub is now a tesco,the warren was my families local i had 4 brother's and a sister it was there local,i started tap lesson's there when i was a child,and much later i had my engagement party there, my sister lived opposite sweet shop on the corner of hanworth rd and cromwell rd , i would buy sweet's there on my way to grove rd school and later when i went to Bulstrode girls school, my sister's back garden had st stephens rd at the bottom i remember st stephen's rd well as my daughter was christened at st stephens chuch, 1953, i went on to work as a hairdresser in the high st so much has changed there i could'nt find it on my visit, i noww live in essex moved in 1960. Would'nt want to go back now!!
