More about this scene

A painted inscription on the wall claims that The Saracen's Head was built in the 11th century. However, the present building dates mainly from the 15th century. Since then it has served as an inn, a grocer's shop, a chemist's, a tea room, a community centre and a royal bailiff's residence. It is the parish office today, and is in need of some restoration.

Growing Up In Kings Norton
I was born in 42 Lindsworth Road in 1960, our house backed onto a cricket pitch which was owned by a local resident who kept it beautifully maintained and at the end of the cricket pitch was the canal or the 'cut' as we used to call it back then. What is an Album?

An album is a way to save a selection of Frith photos, maps and memories that are of interest to you.

Creating an Album enables you to make short lists and then make a final selection from the album. In particular it makes ordering things like calendars much easier - simply create an Album of the 12 photos you like and then use the Album when placng your order - our order process will give you this option.

You can create as many Albums as you want, so perhaps make one for your hometown, where you live now, where your parents live now etc.
