Maidenhead, Ray Park Avenue 1911

More about this scene

Ray Park Avenue was one of the first roads laid out and has some houses of the 1870s. It is in effect the north-south spine road of the prosperous middle class estate as far north as Ray Mill Road East, the north limit of Ray Lodge's former grounds. This view has changed: both houses have been replaced by three storey blocks of flats, West Coign House on the left and Servite House on the right.
