Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

More about this scene
The Free Trade Hall we see here is the third building on this spot. When the subscription list opened for the cost of the building, it was referred to as the City Hall. Designed by Edward Walters, it was built between 1853-6 in a distinguished Victorian classical style. The arches around the veranda carry the shields of the Lancashire towns who supported the movement. The hall was gutted in the Second World War, and it took until November 1951 to reconstruct and re-open the hall.
