A Memory of Mansfield Woodhouse.

I remember these shops. Turn up Vale Road and there was a shop called "Fenton's". The owner's nephew was (is) Shane Fenton who had a couple of hit records before becoming famous as "Alvin Stardust".

I remember the high Street very well, including the pawn shop, lower down the street used it often as a kid, I can't remember what the dark building opposite marsdens was though in the picture, the toilets next to it were used often on the way from the pictures, Brian sales
