A Memory of Milford.

This is Church Road, 200 yards north of the church, not Haslemere Road. The building on the left of the photo is now a club. In the 1950's we children used to call it "The Wobbly Man's Club".

Yup. You are right Mike. Milford Club on the left. On the right is (Out of site) Hammonds the Baker. The the newsagent (Tribes?) and then the Bicycle repairman shop that sold air gun slugs (Now a very nice take away Chinese Resuaurant. Chicken Chop Suey is to be had here and it's AWSOME. Very rare in England nowadays).
