Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Monday 5th January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

Hi Frank and Carol been looking through the Francis frith site ,think I rather have it the old way I,ve just been in touch with francisfrith because I have lost all the peoples email addresses I have been in touch with in my account .why did they have to change the site ? hiya beryl. i did reply to your message some while ago direct to your email address, maybe you didnt get it. i to was dissapointed at the new format. the interesting comments to many of the old letters seem to have dissapeared. i never did hear from my old friend and my emails to him are still unread. frank
