More about this scene
Sitting as it does on the English-Welsh border, Oswestry was often attacked. The town therefore has few really old buildings - Llwyd Mansion is one of these, dating from 1604. Today the building is called the Heritage Gallery, and houses a gift shop. The road on the left, Bailey Street, leads to the bailey of the old castle, and is now a pedestrianised shopping area.
