More about this scene

A small flock of Welsh mountain sheep are being driven along the road through Aberglaslyn pass. The breed is hardy, and well adapted to thrive on poor grazing. The narrow gorge is heavily wooded. Most of the woodland consists of deciduous native trees, but the conifers are 18th- and 19th-century introductions.
