This is a late-Victorian development just off the seafront; the castellated roof of the Falcon's Nest Hotel can be seen rising above the terrace. It appears that there is plenty of landscaping work still to be done, and although one street lamp is in place, it is doubtful that it will give enough light for the whole terrace.
