Times Past
A Memory of Redditch.
Like Wayne,I also transferred from St.Stephens to Lodge Farm in 1957.I loved my time there,my Father was Chief Clarke in the T.A. and we lived in a lovely house attached to the Drill Hall in Easemore Road.my name then was Catherine Allen
I also remember enjoying a strawberry milk shake in De Greys cafe on Saturday morning.

I too transferred from St Stevens to Lodge farm on the day it opened, I am now 80 years old and have lived in France for many years, but I remember it all very well, I was the assistant manager at Hepworths tailors on the parade, and live in Greenlands
I return occasionally but sad to see Redditch nowadays . Fond memories of a lovely old town.
