More about this scene
We are looking north towards Friary Gardens and Queens Road across the roundabout at the junction with Victoria Road. King Street became one-way for outbound traffic in 1994. Grey Friars Café (left) was built in 1889 as Cocoa Rooms by the Countess of Zetland, a staunch advocate of temperance.
