A Memory of Sale.

I remember Saturday morning matinées there in the 60s, brilliant time spent! Sneaking in sometimes when the cleaner forgot to lock the side exits! Fantastic.

I also remember the Savoy cinema in Sale. My wife Anita and I went to watch an X-rated horror film there but they refused our entry because they said Anita was under 18. We had been married for nearly two years and she was actually 25years old! We left with mixed feelings.
