A Memory of Selsey.

I have such fond memories of Selsey with all those marvellous pubs. My best friends lived in Harcourt Way and we would often walk along the seafront to one of the pubs in the village. Their names were Frank and Barbara Sugg. Unfortunately Frank passed away in Chichester hospital and although I would come over from France once a year to visit Barbara, she too passed away at home in 2010. I remember that year going down at Christmas and ringing her doorbell of her little flat opposite The Selsey Bill, to be told by her neighbours that she had gone. At first I thought she had moved house but then the truth sank in. If anyone reading this memory should have know Frank and Barbara, I would love to hear from them. Anyway I will always love the little village of Selsey.
