Despite its proximity to Harlow and the M11, Sheering still retains the appearance of a village and a sense of community. Parked here, outside the Crown, is that epitome of 1960s social history, the Mk I Cortina. These majestic vehicles are much prized by classic car enthusiasts the world over.
