A Memory of Siddington.

Ann Broadhurst Barber was born in this house August 30, 1834. She married John Petford and came to the United States. Wish I knew more about her!

My great great grandmother was Ann's sister Sarah. The two sisters moved to Winneconne, Winnebago Co, Wisconsin with their siblings and parents in 1847/8 (brother James came over later) . Sarah married Edwin Lean, and hey stayed in Wisconsin. Ann and James Petford, their parents, and some of their siblings moved near Toledo, Chase Co, Kansas in 1859 where Ann's parents and family died.
