More about this scene
Moving south from Grantham, out into the oolitic limestone country towards the Leicestershire border, we reach Skillington; it has a good range of stone houses, and a parish church with some Anglo-Saxon work in the nave and an attractive 14th-century broach spire. Far House and Tylers Farm to the left are 17th-century, while 19th-century houses are on the right.
