Smeeth, The Woolpack Inn c.1960

More about this scene
The large attractive Woolpack Inn is very popular with those en route between Ashford and Folkestone, though it is possibly less busy than it was years ago - the M20 has taken most of the through traffic away from the old A20. The village name Smeeth means 'smooth clearing'.
