I ordered a photographic memories book during the christmas holiday period for a relative's birthday on Jan 5th and given the published printing dates and closedown I anticipated and was happy that she would receive it within a week or so of her birthday. However my order was obviously prioritised on your return to work (from the birthday message we put in the book) and she actually received it on her birthday. Thank you very much for what I consider is outstanding customer service and extraordinary attention to detail. She was thrilled to receive the book too”

“Just received the map and photo both on canvas on wood frames.
These are excellent, the image is sharp and crisp, I was a bit concerned because it was on canvas but it is very good.
The wooden frames are excellent, very robust and well finished.
I didn't want the standard glass frame as the image would look a bit odd because it was small compared with the overall frame so I took a gamble on having the canvas ones as the size is just the image plus a bit.
Very happy with these.

“I placed an order early Monday afternoon July 3rd and received it this morning (July 5th) despite the order including a book with a personal message on the flyleaf.

Even though we paid for expedited delivery this is still incredibly quick service!

The way life seems to work is that people are very quick to complain but slow to say thank you.

The map and the book are exactly what I wanted and I am staggered as well as being impressed at the rapid turnaround of and completion of the order.

Suffice to say, thank you and I will have no hesitation in recommending Francis Frith to anybody looking for a special gift or historical memento”
