The village has a timeless feel about it. Near the church lies a quaint old pub known as the Horseguards Inn. It is thought to have been named after the regiment billeted in nearby Petworth Park during the Napoleonic Wars.

Thinking that my mother always lived in and around Kidderminster, I was surprised to discover her mother had died in West Sussex. I did some research and found Mum and her siblings attended Tillington school.
