More about this scene
The south door of the church is visible and the extent of the cemetery easier to see. There are allotments traversed by a path from South View to the fields and Lyddington in the south. The old school and the Usher's House (demolished in 1952) are on the right of the large tree near the church. The large house with four bay windows, on the corner of Queen Street (Horn Lane) was built after 1870.
