More about this scene
The village church is dedicated to Saint Peter and Saint Paul, and parts of it date back to the 13th century. It actually stands inside the grounds of Clandon Park. The Onslow family came here in 1642 - they once owned a good deal of land in the Guildford area. The church contains a number of memorials to the Onslows.
