A number of carriages are seen going up Castle Hill towards the Castle. The livery of the coachmen indicate that the occupants were high-ranking, possibly even Royalty. A small crowd has gathered. A solitary policeman stands on duty in the middle of the road. The café on the corner of the High Street belonged to Windsor Restaurants Ltd.
